A little about me…..I graduated with a doctorate from the Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy. After graduation, I worked in a clinical setting at a hospital before pursuing my role as a pharmacy manager at a retail pharmacy for ten years. I was Vice-President of the Ottawa-Carleton Pharmacist Association in Canada for three consecutive years, and I’m still actively involved in my profession.
I have an amazing, fun, and loving boy and a very active Shih Tzu poodle; both keep me very busy 😊 . My passion is to help people restore their health, vitality, mindset and overall lifestyle habits by providing research-based tips to transform their health and well-being. Even though I have had extensive clinical and pharmaceutical education, I always encourage and share preventative measures.
Unfortunately, for five years, I struggled with horrible hormonal acne that left me clinically depressed and robbed my self-esteem. After researching, consulting with dermatologists and functional medicine experts, and reading so many books and clinical studies, I finally learned how to heal my acne naturally without using harsh chemicals that only provide a “band-aid” solution. Now, I’m on a mission to help others save time and money and help them on their journey to clear skin through my 90-Day Clear Skin Challenge.
The feedback and praise I have received over the years from my patients, family, and friends have been the driving force behind my aspirations.
I have always advocated for natural alternatives (although I realize that, at times, conventional medicine is warranted) and always approached every medical challenge by first determining the root cause. I have addressed some of the most common concerns, like acne, hormone regulation, mental health, vitamin and supplement use, gut health, and detox. I am dedicated to helping people achieve better health and well-being through health awareness, clean living, preventative habits, and lifestyle changes. My mission is to help you live a healthier and more fulfilling life so that you become the best and healthiest version of yourself!
